1. Service Charges
- A standard visiting charge of ₹299 is applicable for all service requests.
- The visiting charge includes inspection and diagnosis. If the customer chooses to proceed with the repair, this amount is adjusted in the final bill.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or customer helpline.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the visit may be rescheduled or canceled, but the visiting fee remains chargeable.
3. Repair Work & Warranty
- We use genuine or compatible parts based on availability and customer preference.
- Warranty on spare parts or service will be clearly mentioned on the invoice (typically ranges from 30 to 90 days).
- The warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or issues arising from electrical faults or tampering.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately after service completion.
- Accepted modes of payment include Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and select wallets.
- GST or taxes, if applicable, will be added to the invoice.
5. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for damages caused due to misuse or negligence of the appliance post-repair.
- In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the service amount paid.
